The IATEFL Conference in Glasgow was my first IATEFL conference and for sure it won’t be my last! It exceeded all my expectations: insanely well organised, from the information and materials I received in advance, to registration, exhibition and sessions themselves. Everything was perfect: venue, accommodation, facilities, speakers, and not the least, attendees. How wonderful it was to be among so many teachers/trainers, all so friendly, professional, positive, and on the same page! So many different cultures, races, backgrounds all together for one purpose – that of sharing ideas, expertise, advice and help in teaching English.
I had an incredible time in Glasgow, I made new friends, I found answers to many questions I had, many of my beliefs were confirmed and I learned a lot of new things, which I can’t wait to apply in my courses! My JOB is my PASSION!
